About us:

 - The Association of Plastics Industries in accordance to approval no, 16680/12/1 dated  Jan.2,1998 of the National superior administrative Council and executive manual no. 1547/215/17092 dated June 30,1999 , of the Industry and fundamental commission of government was established on the purpose of reducing the being in charge  status of the government and providing the contribution of the people in the affairs that could be left to them and establishment of specialized Industrial organizations in plastics industries. The subject of activities and objectives that have been predicted in the constitution of the association are as follows:

- The subject and objectives of the association are as following:

1-     Providing the databases, recognition of the consumption markets for the productions of the members and the status of the competitors in the markets, the sellers of raw materials and the members’ required commercial information.

2-     Assistance to hold applicable technical, specialized and management training of the members and staff of the member units (with benefiting the most from the possibilities of the country).

3-     Assistance to quality and quantity improvement, reduction of  losses and costs of production and increase of the compete ability  of the  productions of the members in internal and foreign markets. (through benefiting from services of powerful consultants)

4-     Providing the guiding booklet and introducing the capabilities of the members together with the address, characteristics and sample of their productions, planning to achieve new markets and development of contracting and production chains with leading industries (both interior and abroad)

5-     Participation and holding the national and international exhibitions and introducing their productions.

6-     Assistance to provide and supply of equipment and rare raw materials required by the members.

7-     Introducing the latest technical achievements in Plastics Industries and presenting the information to the members.

8-     Providing the background for major and general contracts with interior and foreign customers.

9-     Cooperation with Ministry of Industries and other executive organizations in providing the policies, manuals and legal bills for presenting to the government and Islamic Congress , with the cooperation of the members.

10-Assistance to establish joint specialized laboratories with cooperation of members and benefiting from annual governmental budgets.

11-Negotiation with banks and attracting their cooperation to supply the innovation and circular investments required by the members.

12-Holding specialized conferences, inviting the national and international professors and authorities, assistance to improve the scientific and specialized capabilities and information of the members. 

13-Defending the interests of the members in national and international legal communities.

14-Providing the specialized and informative bulletin for members after obtaining the legal authorization.

15-Collaboration in joint conferences and commissions with other countries and cooperation in providing The Memorandum of   Understandings and achieving new markets in other countries.

16-Conducting the required analyzing in the field of market adjustments and pricing according to the presented policies by Ministry of Industries.

17-Determination and provision of high quality standards with the cooperation of “Iran standard and research institute” and supervision of their fulfillment.

18-Collection of conforming manuals for high quality goods, reduction of energy, environmental issues and obtaining the required authorization to conduct the provided duties.

19-Providing the tariffs and interior prices , export tariffs and also tariffs for import of goods and presenting that to Ministry of Industries for approval of the government according to governmental policies presented by Ministry of Industries.

20-Providing the backgrounds for developing the industrial applied research activities such as the relations between industry and university.

21-Assistance to establish and improve the investment market for members.

22-Assistance to provide and entrance possibilities for benefiting from capitals, information, technology, and foreign experiences in the direction of improving the Iran economy and Industry.

- The major authorizations that gradually will be transferred from Ministry of Industries to the association will include the following:

1-     Issuance of the operation license.

2-     Issuance of Identification card

3-     Issuance of Industrial activity certificate.

4-     Extension of the licenses or making them permanent.

5-     Supplying the machinery and raw materials, spare parts from internal or foreign resources.

6-     Exemption of the machinery or raw materials or spare parts from paying taxes.

7-     Agreement to development plan (using the counter sale- finance or executing the development plan with the possibilities of Industrial license owners.

8-     Change of efficiency

9-     Capacity modifications

10- Producing new products

11- Temporary  import of goods for export units to convert to final product and exporting it.

12-Providing the fundamental facilities including: water, power, fuel, Telephone, gas, ground and substructure.

13- Introduction to Industrial   zones in order to provide ground and establish constructions.

14- Provide ordinary and assigned loans.

15-Using the facilities of article no. 138 of direct taxes law in relation to save tool benefits for developing and completing the productive unit according to pre-agreements from Ministry of Industries and exemption from paying taxes at confirmed expenses levels.

16- Introducing the members for participation in national and international exhibitions.

17- Agreement for sending experts abroad.

18- Contribution and giving ideas regarding collecting laws in relation to Industry.

19- Rational support of internal productions against the similar imported goods.

20- Contribution in providing international manuals of Ministry of Industries.

21- Participation in the meetings that are in relation to current affairs and assigned duties.

22- Correspondence   with offices to solve the obstacles and problems and asking for necessary information.
